In the re: March section of this month’s issue of Fast Company you will find a short reaction by me to one of the Heath Brother’s recent columns, “The Telltale Brown M&M“.  The Heath’s column presented a great example of how to use signals (intentional or unintentional actions) to uncover potential problems that may be hard to directly observe.  I wrote a longer reaction to the piece here and a small portion of it was included in this month’s issue.

I’ll assume this is my official 15 minutes (well, really 15 seconds) of fame.  Hopefully, the next time I show up I’ll either be the subject of a column or penning one.  Long way to go before that happens.  Back to work…
